Reliance on Information:

While we use doctoral-level research to inform our recommendations, any strategy, policy change, or appraisal is based on the information provided by the client's organisation. We are not liable for any failure to achieve a specific result if such failure is due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

3. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights

Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights in the website, including all content, text, designs, logo, and the Service Deliverables (e.g., Audit Reports, Implementation Roadmaps) provided by Pride Point Limited, are owned by Pride Point Limited.

Website Content:

You may view, download, and print pages from the website for your own personal and commercial internal use, subject to the restrictions set out below. You must not republish, sell, rent, or sublicense material from this website without our explicit written permission.

Client Deliverables:

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables (e.g., Policy Audit reports) for internal organisational purposes only. You may not use these deliverables to create competing services.

4. Pricing and Payment

Visible Pricing (Offers):

Prices are visible on the website only for specific promotional offers (e.g., 1-hour presentation, networking events). These prices are fixed for the duration of the promotion.

Hidden Pricing (Bespoke Services):

All fees for bespoke consulting, day rates, and monthly retainers are not visible on the website. These fees will be provided to the client only after a consultation and are determined based on the Client Tier (Community, Standard, Premium) and the complexity of the scope of work.

Payment Terms:

Standard payment terms require 7 days net term payment from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in the Service Agreement.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation terms for fixed projects and retainers are outlined in the specific Service Agreement. Retainer fees are non-refundable after the start of the engagement period."

5. User Obligations and Prohibited Activity

You agree not to use the website or services to conduct any activity that is unlawful or harms the reputation of Pride Point Limited or the founder. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorised access to the system or misuse of information provided.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these T&Cs will exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to this, we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising under these T&Cs or in connection with our website or services, whether arising in tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise. Our total liability to you or your organisation in respect of any losses arising under the Service Agreement shall be limited to the total fees paid by you for the specific service in question.
