Advancing Inclusion Through Insight and Action
About Pride Point
Pride Point Limited is a specialist consultancy created to close the LGBTQIA+ Domestic Harm Gap: the disconnect between organisational intention and the real experiences of LGBTQIA+ people affected domestic and family violence. We help organisations build safer, more inclusive, and trauma-informed systems that meet the needs of LGBTQIA+ people with confidence and competence.
Using a blend of research, applied expertise, and trauma-informed practice, Pride Point supports partners across government, healthcare, education, justice, and the charity sector to move beyond symbolic inclusion. We focus on what truly matters: culturally safe practice, effective policies, and meaningful operational change.
Through our Consulting, Coaching, and Cultivating model, we deliver strategic service design, audits, specialist training, and long-term cultural development. Our work strengthens organisational equity, improves safeguarding, and creates sustainable impact for the communities you serve.
By embedding inclusion, accountability, and ethical practice, Pride Point also supports organisations to strengthen their Social and Governance (ESG) commitments, ensuring that equity is measurable, authentic, and built to last.
About Anna Wehren
FOUNDER | PRIDE POINT
Anna Wehren is an educator, consultant, and researcher committed to transforming how institutions understand and respond to LGBTQIA+ domestic and family violence. She brings a rare combination of academic expertise, applied insight, and lived experience, offering partners both clarity and compassion in equal measure.
Before establishing Pride Point, Anna built a multidisciplinary career across business, management, higher education, and applied research. Her academic work exposed persistent gaps in policy and practice, particularly the ways LGBTQIA+ people who have been affected by coercive control have been overlooked by systems shaped around heteronormative assumptions.
Anna holds an undergraduate degree in Business and Applied Management, a masters degree in Social Inequality, and is finishing her PhD in Criminology with a specialist focus on coercive control in LGBTQIA+ intimate relationships. Her research highlighted the urgent need for organisations to rethink how services are designed, delivered, and experienced by LGBTQIA+ people. Driven by evidence and guided by empathy, she moved from research into consultancy to help create safer, more equitable institutional cultures.
Anna’s work is grounded in the belief that knowledge must translate into confident and compassionate practice. Her trauma informed approach supports organisations to build cultures of safety, accountability, and genuine inclusion, ensuring that good intentions lead to meaningful and lasting change.
